Visit any Product Page for a full list of available leathers. Swatches are sent by USPS First-Class mail. You can expect to receive your swatch(es) in 3-5 days.
As a Florida business, we must add applicable sales tax to your order is you are located in the state of Florida. If you live outside of Florida, you are responsible for complying with any applicable sales taxes in the state in which you live.
Our manufacturers package their products in such a manner that they will arrive to your home in almost all cases without damage. In rare occasions, shipping damage may occur. If your order arrives damaged, please accept the order and make a notation on the freight bill that there was damage. Please then email us so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
We are certain that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund within (7) days as long as you have a Return Authorization Number provided by Leather Express Online. We must authorize all returns prior to shipping. Please email us prior to shipping and we will provide a Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions. Returned items, must be shipped back to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. You may use the carrier of your choice for returns.
Although most of our products are shipped within weeks, sometimes a leather can become temporarily out of stock. If it is, we will notify you via email. We will let you know when it is expected back into stock. We will also provide the option of cancelling your order or allowing us to ship it when it is back in stock. It’s up to you.
Our manufacturers ship from different factories. Some products are made up of multiple components that come from different shipping points, These components may arrive on different days.
